Terms and Conditions

1. Cancellations & Order Changes

All sales are final. Once an order is placed, we cannot accept cancellations or order consolidations. Please verify your cart and shipping details before completing checkout.

2. Shipping & Carrier Risk

Orders are shipped FOB Shipping Point. Once packages leave our nursery, liability transfers to the carrier. We are not responsible for delivery delays or transit weather conditions. Minor wilting or leaf drop upon arrival is normal for live rooted starts; water and care for them immediately per our published instructions.

3. Transit Damage Claims (24-Hour Window)

If your order arrives severely damaged:

• Notice Required: Contact us via email within 24 hours of delivery.

• Photo Proof Required: Provide clear photos of the exterior packaging (before opening if visibly crushed) and all damaged plants.

• Resolution: Valid claims receive a replacement if stock allows, or a refund for the plant cost. Missing photo evidence voids eligibility.

4. Plant Failure & Virus Disclaimer

• 3-Day Claim Limit: Plant health issues must be reported within 3 days of receipt with clear photos.

• Virus Warranty: Due American Dahlia Society data about the widespread prevalence of dahlia viruses, we do not test, guarantee, or warranty against viruses. We practice strict nursery sanitation and cull unhealthy stock.

• Customer Responsibility: Once in your care, we are not liable for plant loss due to external environment, pests, weather, poor soil, or improper care. Liability is capped at the original purchase price of the plant.

5. Variety Availability

If a variety becomes unavailable prior to shipment, we will do our best to offer a list of substitutions at equal or greater value; or refund the missing item and ship the remainder of your order. We do not make automatic substitutions.

6. Support & Conduct

Customer service is handled exclusively via email. Posting negative reviews or comments on social media prior to or in lieu of direct contact invalidates eligibility for refunds or replacements. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.
